Waiting 48-72 hours to wash or use hair products on hair post plant color allows the pigments to fully oxidize, settle & lock into the hair cuticle ensuring maximum longevity. You can disrupt the final color by doing so. Wetting your hair with water can also interfere with the final result - it jacks with the PH.
